PATIENT PORTAL


The Patient Portal enables our patients access to their appointments, medical records, and billing records and history. This site can be used to retrieve recent lab results. After the set up, it enables our patients to make payments and schedule/re-schedule appointments without any wait on the telephone. Unlike our office, the patient portal is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

  • To set up an account on the portal, you will need to call our office at 972-270-6368 to get a PIN.
  • If you want to become a NEW patient, you can use your PIN to become a new patient at our practice and set up your first appointment. You will need your insurance information to set up your account on the patient portal.
  • If you are an EXISTING patient, you will need to set up an account on the patient portal before you can access your information through the portal.
  • All appointment requests should be made only through the patient portal or by telephone.
  • We strongly encourage you to make payments through the portal.

Our Doctor

Dr. GEETHA Subramanian is board certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. She received her B.S. (summa cum laude) in Biology and M.D. degrees from the University of Missouri-Columbia. After her intership in general surgery there, she started her residency in Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery at Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. While in Detroit she trained at the Children's Hospital of Michigan, The Michigan Ear Institute, and the Karmanos Cancer Institute.
Dr. Geetha is a widely published author and researcher. Besides a wide range of research papers dealing with topics in the basic sciences, she has published papers on the effect of gravity on the working of the ear resulting from her work at NASA's Ames Research Lab in California. She has co-authored a chapter on Paget's disease, a disease that affects the working of the middle ear. Her research on head and neck cancers at the Karmanos Institute led to publications dealing with the effectiveness of gene therapies. She is a member of the American Academy of Otolaryngic Allergy and has published papers on allergies and their effects on the human voice and implications in treating sinus disease.
Dr. Geetha lives in Dallas, TX, with her husband and her two young sons.
